Abstract | The paper examines a political role of judicial decisions and descending opinions. Writing of dissenting opinions is not a universal rule. A judge may dissent but not necessary write a dissenting opinion. Dissenting opinions are distinguished from an act of dissent that a judge is in disagreement with the majority of the court, in that dissenting opinions necessitate the formulation of disagreement and presentation of reasons. |
