Mr Travis Dowling
Travis Dowling has vast experience in the performing arts having worked across Australia as a theatre director for both mainstage theatre (Queensland Theatre, Hothouse Theatre, Melbourne Theatre Company, Critical Stages, QPAC) and for theatre for, by, and with young people (Sydney Theatre Company, Hothouse Theatre, Australian Theatre for Young People, Grin and Tonic Theatre, and Backbone Youth Arts). Dowling has taught and directed for tertiary institutions such as Griffith University, Queensland University of Technology, and the University of Southern Queensland since 2012. Dowling has held substantive positions including Associate Director Grin and Tonic Theatre, Associate Director HotHouse, Associate Director Queensland Theatre and Academic/ Co-Convenor of Theatre at the University of Southern Queensland. Travis has been confirmed into the DCA Program at UniSQ
