Shikha believes in holistic approach of treating mental and physical health. Shikha also has certificate training and experience in conducting cognitive remedial therapy.

Shikha is passionate about use of spiritual practices for mental wellbeing. Her PhD research investigates those spiritual practices that use body as a tool and do not rely of cognition and linguistic abilities, hence they can be used for wider population for example yoga, breathwork, chanting etc. There are number of spiritual practices that can be used for their mental health benefits without having to subscribe to their associated religious/spiritual philosophies.
