Abstract | This paper explores the concepts of how we can nurture Gen Y women in the workplace and make their world a better place. To gain an insight into possible approaches to nurturing Gen Y women, a short scan of material currently available through national newspapers, online newsgroups and online information resources was undertaken. The aim was to see how Gen Y (gender inclusive) is being portrayed and how business is viewing the engagement of Gen Y as employees. |
