Abstract

This joint use library formed in 1997 to become the only public - university library partnership in Australia. As numbers of users increased dramatically for both institutions, the demands of growth impacted on the relationship. Without a united strategic direction, or management structure, the needs of both libraries have diverged and the relationship is to be dissolved.
