Abstract

A key component of any effective eDRMS deployment is the training and support program. It is possible to have an excellent eDRMS product with good technical support, but without an ongoing training and support program engagement with the eDRMS can easily wane. This is particularly important in an environment where the take up of the eDRMS is not compulsory for staff to use. In these situations eDRMS training and follow up strategies are critical to the success of the ongoing deployment.
