Abstract

In Singapore, there is hardly any study relating to the
significance of foreign language in the context of foreign business dealings (Agarwal, 2002). This article communicates a survey of Chinese Singaporeans and their perception of the importance of the Chinese language and other critical factors in business dealings with China.
