Abstract | Managing quality has traditionally been problematic. A new conceptual framework, Readiness, Growth, Rest (RGR) has been developed with the intention of managing quality in construction. Various options were identified to elicit views from the construction industry with regards to the relevance of this framework. A new framework referred to as the SAF framework has been developed for evaluation of the options within the research paradigm selecting semi-structured interviews as the basis for proceeding with this study. In order to pursue further, this study reports the use of the Six-Honest-Men framework as the guiding light for framing questions on RGR model concepts. |
