AbstractThe autoclave method has many limitations and due to this aerospace industry has focused on other curing methods. Out-of-autoclave (OoA) technology showed impressive properties in aerospace structures. OoA prepregs materials have gained acceptance due to their qualitative and low-cost aerospace components. This chapter discussed the technologies used to manufacture aerospace structures, including heated tools and Quickstep. This chapter further provides information about the process evaluation including the challenges faced by the aerospace industry. Finally, the expectation of the aerospace industry in view of future trends are discussed where further research is required.
