Abstract

The paper presents a business flow diagram showing the integration of project, program and portfolio management methodology. It also shows how the OnQ project management methodology can be applied at the program and portfolio levels within an asset management context. It uses delivery of the Torres Strait maritime and aviation infrastructure program as an example.
