Abstract | In recent years the Brunei Ministry of Education (MoE), along with other interested parties, has taken various steps to develop a system that is more receptive to the educational needs of all students. As with any education system, change comes slowly when it requires a reform to previous systemic principles, standards, and practices. Consequently, Brunei is only beginning to pave the road to inclusive education. |
