Abstract | Tom Calma’s Native Title Report (for the period July 2008 - June 2009) marks the end of his term as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner. The Report contains a broad and independent review of this important period in Indigenous law and policy development. In general terms, the Report is a guardedly positive assessment of current initiatives and directions. |
