Abstract | [Introduction]: Getting more Indigenous nurses into the health system is considered to be one of the key issues in improving the health of Australia's indigenous population. While there is only a small number of Indigenous faces in the nursing profession, Fiona Armstrong discovered nursing education is undergoing changes which should see significant advances for both Indigenous nurses and Indigenous health care in the future. |
