Abstract

Through supporting rural and regional legal practice, via its key messages of place, identity and diversity, this book also has the capacity to strengthen access to justice in RRR communities. Across the various chapters, the authors identify the justice challenges inherent in rural and regional areas, encourage both current and future rural and regional lawyers to think proactively about their role in enhancing access to justice, and discuss practical tools to assist practitioners to deliver effective legal services in the rural and regional context.'
