Abstract | Large organizations have launched many successful applications and built complex information systems to conduct Web-based business transactions. Through advanced information systems, these large enterprises successfully implemented their e-commerce strategies and enhanced their revenue growth. With government help, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can be come more actively involved in e-commerce. |
