Abstract | This pilot project looked at whether there was an impact on young people’s asthma when they participated in lessons that involved controlled breathing techniques, didgeridoo playing (males) or singing (females). Whilst there was difficulty with retention, the overall results showed a positive outcome. The intervention is one that could be developed further to deliver not only asthma management programs but to address other health issues. |
