Abstract | The threshold electrolyte concentration (TEC) relationships were determined for surface and lower depth soil samples from the proposed Roma fields The Bend, Pleasant Hills and Brigadoon irrigation areas. The TEC relationship provides a relative measure of the change in hydraulic conductivity when the soil is in equilibrium with the applied water quality. These TEC relationships can be used to determine the effect on the soil structure of applying irrigation water of different quality (i.e. sodium adsorption ratio and electrical conductivity). The analyses assume a |
