Biography

Nicole Brownlie is a lecturer in Educational Counselling at the University of Southern Queensland. She is currently undertaking her PhD investigating the opportunity and capacity of early career teachers to create effective assessment. Her main research interests are the improvement of teacher-created summative assessment as well as social and emotional wellbeing in secondary school contexts, where she contributes professional development for Education Services Australia.
