Abstract | This article focuses on the human face of videoconferencing (VC) behind, or rather, in front of the technology. It provides a simple 'how to' reference for the planning, preparation, and conduct of a VC connection. It identifies procedures to assist with securing the time, people and resources needed as well as an explanation of the technological functions and 'protocols' to assist with the delivery of an effective VC. |
