Entrepreneurship in Australia G20 Entrepreneurship Roundtable: Boost Entrepreneurship to Promote Employment

We are very pleased to inform you that G20 Entrepreneurship Roundtable 2021 is scheduled to be held virtually on October 13-14, 2021. The theme of this year's event is "Reshape the Paradigm of Entrepreneurship and Employment in the Era of Digital Revolution". The event is the fifth consecutive one hosted by the Entrepre- neurship Research Center on G20 Economies in a bid to promote entrepreneurship among G20 members with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China. 

The vigorous development of the digital economy provides broad space and diver- sified models for entrepreneurship and employment, and has also triggered pro- found changes in their structures. It is necessary for us to review the trend of the en- trepreneurship in the new economic situation. According to the 2021 G20 Labor and Employment Ministerial Declaration, the Entrepreneurship Research Center on G20 Economies is encouraged to continue its research and exploration on women entrepreneurship in the digital economy. We hope to pool the G20 entrepreneur- ship resources through G20 Entrepreneurship Roundtable and provide more effec- tive support for women entrepreneurship. 

The digital economy brings both challenges and opportunities to the entrepreneur- ship and employment, and it is time for G20 members to jointly explore the way forward. We sincerely welcome the representatives from G20 governments, social partners, international organizations, research institutions, industrial & hi-tech parks, financial institutions, incubators, startups and entrepreneurship service or- ganizations to share the insights under our topics.
