Biography

Yong Wah Goh's area of expertise is occupational wellbeing, stress and coping across cultures. He has developed and delivered a wide range of training workshops and assessment tools that foster wellbeing, mindfulness and sustainable behaviour. Yong Wah has also presented various talks and online leaning sessions for organisations/universities within Australia and overseas. He remains active in international research leading a 5 nations research collaboration (Australia, China, Japan, Hungary, Singapore) into workplace stress and wellbeing, and publishes extensively in the fields of organisational psychology, positive psychology and sustainability. He is also a Zen meditation teacher and an accredited traditional martial art instructor. He was a personnel psychologist with the Ministry of Defence Singapore before joining University of Southern Queensland
