| Abstract | Foreign environmental law is an important part of my country's environmental law research. Studying foreign environmental laws can help us understand the development and evolution of foreign environmental legal systems, clarify the purpose of foreign environmental legislation, basic legal system arrangements and their respective characteristics, and understand the process of other countries' environmental legal construction and their experiences and lessons, so as to broaden our research It provides useful reference for improving my country's environmental legal system and strengthening the construction of environmental legal system. |
