Abstract

Belgium is a country that has legislation on soil remediation in early years among Europeancountries (Flemish Region) while the Flemish region set up the first decree on soil pollution preventionand remediation 1n Belgium. Heretofore, this reg1on has received lots of experence on preventing andremedying the soil pollution. The author made a fiull introduction of the Decree on Soil Remediation inFlemish. The experience from that area can give useful reference to China's soil pollution preventionlegislation.
