Biography

Nathan Beel is an Australian counselling academic, educator, and a registered clinical counsellor and supervisor with PACFA, with over two decades of experience in the counselling field and more than 14 years in academia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma from Tabor College, a Master of Counselling from Queensland University of Technology, and a PhD from the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), where his research focused on male-friendly counselling.

Dr Beel has published in counsellor education, ethics, male-friendly counselling approaches, and the professional identity of counsellors.
