Abstract

Over the period 2010-2013 the project sought to provide specialist research support resources based on the tools and technology previously identified to the industry and NRM groups of SEQ, as well as new tools identified in collaboration with industry groups. The scope and activities of the R & D program is directed by the priorities of the SEQIF stakeholders. These are identified through the annual consultative process and ongoing review by the project steering and management committees established by SEQIF. Specific project milestones and outcomes are formulated and approved annually under the SEQIF steering committee in accordance with Schedule 2 of the contract.
Following the 2010-2011 annual report minor adjustments and clarification of activities was required to cope with the changing landscape and stakeholder requirements. A revised synopsis of stakeholder priorities and activities are outlined below in accordance with discussions and reviews undertaken during the reporting process.
