Abstract | The paper discusses a special approach to professional learning with a focus on building geometrical reasoning and argumentation through the extensive use of straightedge, compass and fixed shapes together with some special constructions. The novelty of this method is in combining the elements of content knowledge with specially designed rich geometry tasks, where the use of instruments takes the dominant role until the end of the solution for each task. |
