Abstract

The presentation focused on organizational agility and its impact on productivity. Among the questions it addressed were: How can organizational agility be best defined? What happens when an organization lacks agility? How can agility be effectively institutionalized? 'Moody,' 'Rigid,' and 'Manipulative' dysfunctional behaviors were explored in terms of their impact on a person’s agility. Dysfunctional characteristics of a team such as 'Absence of Trust' and 'Fear of Conflict' were highlighted alongside the value of how team building can help in improving organizational agility.
