Abstract | The construction industry is a significant component of the Australian economy. One of the features of this industry is that many of its member organisations are small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper describes a review of technology transfer in the construction industry, with particular attention to the innovation lifecyle, technology transfer in the construction industry both internationally and in Australia, managing technology transfer in SMEs and the construction industry, and propsoed research at the time of writing into technology transfer in the construction industry. |
