Abstract | This chapter comprises three sections. First, to orientate the reader towards the mental side of the functioning of teams, we present a psychological model of scrum performance. We then talk about the notion of team - specifically scrum - psychology and the various factors that contribute to the collective scrum function. Finally, we provide some advice on coaching players within the forward unit ad how their personal preparation and performance can be maximized or enhanced at scrum time. |
