Abstract

LexisNexis Questions and Answers: Contract Law is designed o facilitate both continuous review and preparation for examinations. The book provides an understanding of contract law and offers a clear and systematic approach to analysing and answering problem-based questions. Each chapter commences by identifying he key issues and includes a summary of the relevant law. Each question is followed by sample answer plan, a suggested answer, comments on how the answer might be assessed by an examiner - including practical hints and tips on how to achieve higher marks - and advice on common errors to avoid. The seventh edition has been revised and updated to include the latest case law and legislation.
