Abstract | Steven’s presentation covers aspects of his work since the release of the '2020 Vision report: The Manager of the 21st Century' in 2006 by the Boston Consulting Group. This report has seen some immediate effects on traditional managerial development, particularly at postgraduate levels, such as MBAs.
