Abstract | Currently, universities make an intensive use of digital technology for both providing services for supporting students' learning and student related administrative purposes. As a result of these strategies, most higher education institutions have installed learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the on-campus learning experience, leading to what is called 'blended' learning. |
