Abstract | Introduction: Clinical supervision has been identified as an important means of maintaining standards of patient care while developing the competence and knowledge of occupational therapists. Despite this, there is minimal evidence regarding the effectiveness of clinical supervision for occupational therapists particularly in non-mental health practice domains (e.g., adult physical, paediatrics). Objectives: To determine perceptions of Queensland Health supervisee occupational therapists working across a range of practice domains regarding the effectiveness of clinical supervision received and factors that influence this effectiveness. |
