Abstract | This paper reflects on the concerns with mental wellbeing of Australian law students. The paper discusses the role that legal education plays in this and whether the teaching of ADR can offer any positive assistance in overcoming some of the issues. Reflections and experience of law students who have participated in an ADR course as part of the core of the LLB curriculum are reported. These reflections indicate possibilities for changing the outlook for law students through inclusion of ADR as a core course. |
