Abstract | This paper considers private international law issues that arise in dealing with the growing use of cloud computing to store data. In particular, the article considers application of the law of tort, contract and privacy to the use or misuse of such information, and the question of which jurisdiction's law will be applied to solve this issue, given that there is no physical place of storage of the data. |
