Abstract | This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the Basketball Scotland Senior National 3x3 Training Camp (1–3 July 2025), marking the commencement of the preparation journey towards the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. This national training camp was designed to cultivate a shared purpose among athletes and staff, drawing on critical lessons learned from the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games to inform expectations, embed high-performance behaviours, and define a winning team culture. |
