Abstract | This paper provides the underlying scenarios or experiments that were used to consider various environmental stresses produced from solid wastes. These experiments are based on the formation of various Pacific Economic Communities (PECs) by countries around the rim of the Pacific Basin. Of the seven unions that have been evaluated to-date, four are discussed in this paper. |
