Abstract | This paper investigates the use of innovative and technology aided teaching methods, which utilize established learning concepts for the purpose of learning enhancement. The main objective is to explore the possibilities of adopting the leading edge technology of virtual reality with the aim of applying it to quantitative courses. To test the applicability of the technology, one of the latest 3D programming tools was adopted. The findings demonstrated that Virtual Reality technologies, when supported by established learning and teaching concepts, can play a role in mathematics education. |
