Abstract | DDWMPHN commissioned the University of Southern Queensland to conduct a situation analysis to identify issues with access to primary health services for the identified four vulnerable cohorts - people who experience homelessness, individuals who live with a disability, people who have experienced domestic violence, or individuals who are from a refugee background. People in these four cohorts often are at risk of poorer health than the general population. They also typically face major, persistent, and complex barriers to accessing health care. This analysis is a basis for PHN activities to identify and develop solutions for people in these cohorts to access quality primary health care. The analysis aimed to: |
