The Lab is built according to the serious issue concerning healthcare in Chinese hospitals, which are overcrowded and the waiting times are very long Research framework and implementation phases in the IQL are provided in the detail The work inside IQL can help the hospital apply Lean methodology techniques in order to understand the current state, develop an improved state of the process, identify the information gaps and prioritize the activities. |
