Abstract | This paper discusses the relationship between quality of care and information quality (IQ). The focus of the paper is on surgery process variation. The paper aims to identify the IQ dimensions that considerably affect surgery process variation. The research uses a case study approach and employs gap analysis and Delphi technique. Results indicate that accuracy, accessibility, completeness and timeliness are the most critical IQ dimensions that are affecting process variation. |
