Abstract | This paper concentrates on collaboration in an international context. The paper employs case study methodology to evaluate changing corporate business performance. The selected case study is an electrical manufacturer dealing with international business partners in R&D, marketing, manufacturing, supplying, etc. via virtual collaboration. This paper identifies these influence factors from the five attributes of Diffusion of Innovation Theory and the four dimensions of Trust Theory. It will provide useful insight and guideline for companies to improve their corporate business performance towards adopting an effective collaboration as a first step toward becoming virtual organization. |
