Abstract | This study investigated human psychological factors using semi-structured in-depth interviews and quantified these factors using a survey instrument. The data were collected from ASQ’s professionals involved in client care and focused on their behavioural patterns of acceptance and usage of telehealth technologies, and their opinion on the usage of these technologies. The clients were derived from ASQ’s list, and were recruited specifically for this purpose. |
