Abstract

Welcome everyone to the 2015 Year of Evaluation. These are exciting times for evaluators and the discipline of evaluation. The aim of designating 2015 as the International Year of Evaluation is to advocate and promote evaluation and evidence-based policy making at local, regional, national and international levels.
