Abstract | LEGO® Braille Bricks have been created by the LEGO Foundation to help students learn braille through play. The bricks, based on an 8 cell Lego brick, have tactile dots to represent braille cells of each letter of the alphabet and some punctuation symbols. This session will introduce you to the bricks and explain how they can not only help braille literacy and numeracy, but also encourage social interaction through play. |
