| Abstract | The Career Interest Test (CIT; Athanasou, 2000, 2007) is a forced-choice, ipsative psychometric measure of career-related preferences. The CIT consists of 63 items presented within three subscales of 21 items each, that address occupations (Jobs subscale), education and training (Courses subscale), and work-related tasks (Activities subscale). The CIT is a self-administered product available within the My Guide module of the My Future website, under the administration of Education Services Australia. |
