| Abstract | 写自传并非易事，而且，这一过程并非会让所有咨询者觉得得心应手。在我职业生涯咨询的实践中，我发现有些咨询者并不知道如何开始写，也不知道要写什么。这看似讽刺，因为最了解自己的人反而认为写一片关于自己的文章很难。因此，这部分将介绍如何做出有质量的职业评估，也将介绍咨询步骤“我的职业生涯”（MCC；麦克基文，2006年版）。“我的职业生涯”是半结构化的步骤，让咨询者写出简短的自传式叙事文章——即其生命中的一个篇章。这个篇章与《我的职业生涯》一起，构成了一份半结构化的访谈综述，及职业系统访谈（CSI；麦克基文，2003年版）1。职业系统访谈和“我的职业生涯”一起，将系统理论框架应用于职业生涯发展（STF；派顿及麦克马洪，2014年版）。此外，“我的职业生涯”理念及执行的目的，即叙事职业咨询的要素为：主观性及意义以及开放式的故事（麦克基文及派顿，2001年版）。运用“我的职业生涯”时，辅导人员应使用所有叙事职业咨询的元素。 |
