Abstract | This research report outlines the findings of a research project that explored each school's continued use of the Vision for Learning framework created as an outcome of the IDEAS project and how this framework had or had not assisted in the capacity of schools to embrace ongoing improvement. The schools’ responses included how they embraced the system accountability requirements as well as aligned other in-school initiatives. The outcome of the research assessed how the value to classroom teachers’ work through individual and collective capacity building has been enhanced to embrace ongoing learning. |
