Abstract

The Innovative Designs for Enhancing Achievements in Schools (IDEAS) Project, based at the University of Southern Queensland, is one of a number of approaches to educational innovation that are currently receiving global attention. IDEAS incorporates four constructs of school-based innovation processes. This article outlines the four constructs of IDEAS.
