Abstract | There are genuine disciplinary and paradigmatic differences in relation to defining, conceptualising, constructing and evaluating 'evidence' (e.g., reliability and validity vis-a-vis credibility and trustworthiness). So… 'evidence is in the eye of the beholder' (to some extent). Yet… there are well-established disciplinary and paradigmatic norms that should be understood and followed (and on occasions subverted for particular scholarly purposes) related to evidence. |
